Since 1964, the Demeris family has been serving authentic, mouth-watering barbecue in Houston, Texas.

We are the second generation of the Demeris clan to offer the family's signature barbecue to Houstonians. We have spent a lifetime in training with our parents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and cousins; and we honor the legacy of the restaurant conceived and built by our father and uncle, Gus Frank Demeris, and his siblings, and maintain our position as one of Houston's great restaurant families.

What are your hours?

Shepherd is open Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM, and Sunday for catering and delivery only. West Loop is open Monday–Sunday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
